Following up on the execution of the developed purchasing plans, reporting any issues that may rise and recommending solutions and modifications accordingly. Regularly researching for new and potential suppliers in order to get new better offers and recommending on them. continuously communicating with Warehouse/Supply Chain function to obtain and /or update information regarding raw materials, packaging materials and administrative supplier in order to maintain the required inventory levels of each item. Plan replenishment across the Distribution Center network (DRP) by maintaining the accuracy of plans to reflect feasible replenish plans. Calls for quotations and inquire into prices from various suppliers. Follows up and ensures that goods are delivered in accordance with the purchase order and without any delay. Participate in supply chain performance & submits analysis reports.
