Greet visitors and direct them to the correct destination. Receive and relay telephone messages. Handle all activities, meeting invitations & preparations for the office. Provide support in preparation of correspondences and letters. Receive and sort all incoming mail, express envelopes, and courier deliveries. Prepare and post all outgoing mail and express envelopes daily. Arrange courier services. Maintain the departments' filing system properly & accurately on an on-going basis. Maintain an inventory of all necessary forms, stationery and related office supplies for the office. Undertake administrative & secretarial support for all employees.
