Sales Executive

To generate the maximum amount of profitable sales through the achievement of sales targets and by making new and existing customers aware of “Amlak” product range. Generate sales to achieve maximum profitability against annual sales targets Outbound calls: Script should be set after coordinating with the marketing team Meeting: Preset “AMLAK” Real Estates and projects (presentation set by Marketing Team) Attend Fairs inside and outside Egypt Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers and Maintain good relations with customers to ensure that the company remains as the preferred supplier. Follow up calls Congratulations SMS Inform customers with new updates Keep Clear records for the customer and accounts Monitor customer accounts within the allocated sales area to ensure that sales potential is fully exploited Check the data base after coordinating with the secretary team Establish and maintain effective communication links with other company departments to identify all sales opportunities Co-ordinate with the Marketing team Maintain awareness of company products and of relevant sales techniques to ensure that the sales role is carried out as effectively as possible Co-ordinate with the secretary team Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases
