Our client is one of the Top Multinational Consumer Electronics companies worldwide, It's hiring for its branch in Egypt: Provide Field software testing of all handsets and tablets with solving issues during the PLC Manage the test of all new and upgraded products including Android OS and Software applications. Report defects found during testing on testing tool ( PLM ) and track the status of defects periodically. Update status reports on testing. Raise defect for field issue with detailed description of test scenario, test environment and attach initial analysis of defect if needed. Track, take logs and follow up with R&D on field issue defects to get it resolved. Bugs tracking, reproducing and verification in the correct test environment and deliver accurate feedback to the project leader. Responsible for the new products approvals through NTRA ( National telecom regulatory authority )
