Social Media Specialist

• Responsible for multiple accounts • Build and manage social media account profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and additional channels that may be deemed relevant. • Create shareable content for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content. • Develop and post content that will enhance the account visibility in a manner that is consistent with business development goals • Ensure consistency of postings/communications across social media channels and integrate with the account websites and blogs. • Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through social channels. • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI. • Analyzemetrics, providing progress reports and suggesting new optimizations, promotions and initiatives for social reach to key stakeholders • Research and identify digital trends and make recommendations for greater engagement. • Assume additional CRM responsibilities as requested.
