SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE Supervises the selling process of the sales team during his shift management. Assures that all of the sales team supports the customers in the store through greeting them & identifying customer needs Assures that all of the sales team are aware of information regarding discounts, promotions & new collections to be able to support the customers Building customer loyalty through creating/updating customer profile records while attending at the cash area Informs the customer clearly the company exchange & return policies during both discounted & full price periods Assure upselling & cross-selling items when customer attends at the cash area Applies the 5 Golden Rules in an informative way to the customer at cashier attendant During his/her shift distributes sales targets that are required to be achieved on daily basis among the team Analyzing inadequate and inappropriate Actions/behaviors of the team and taking the needed corrective actions. ( Manage / Solve / Penalize ) Solving / sorting any communication issues/ Needs with the mall management ( Maintenance permits / product entry permits / overnight …. Ect ) Extracting Daily / weekly / monthly sales reports and discuss it with the store manager ; working on a corrective action plan. Analyzing the Sales team Daily / weekly Personal targets vs the projected and taking corrective actions with the needed members.
