Call Center Agent

·Answering inbound calls and assisting customers who have particular inquiries or questions. ·Transferring both customers' home blood sampling orders and lab to lab orders to relevant branch or unit. ·Acting as the customer's point of contact in case of any delay of samples taking orders. ·Trace the case and make sure that the doctor arrives in time. ·Taking customers' complaints promptly. Make sure that complaints are transferred in a detailed and efficient manner to the company's customer care supervisor. ·Assisting in conducting semi-annual customer satisfaction surveys. ·Conducting outbound calls to the customers from the database to sell new offers.
