Design / Proposal Mechanical Engineer

To provide effectiveness within Mechanical activities of conveyor systems and all other products. This includes the handling of existing Mechanical activities and the development of new potential ones. Knowledge of the company and its products – thorough knowledge of all products and required data and details; continuously read up on new data to enable proper presentation at the market. Report back to Project Manager the status of follow ups. Coordinate with the Project Manager of projected schedule and the future scheduling for prospective customers. Coordinate with different departments. Correspondence with either customers or suppliers (written and verbal). Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work, Making Decisions and Solving Problems - Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Satisfying prospective customers needs with the right suitable products in coordination with the technical support team. Repairing and maintaining conveyors, servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of mechanical principles. Reassemble conveyors and equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs. Disassemble conveyors, machinery or equipment to remove parts and make repairs. Cut and weld metal to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, or assemble new conveyor lines. Examine parts for defects, such as breakage or excessive wear. Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning components of conveyors, machinery or equipment. Different computer knowledge and experience such in AUTOCAD 2D AND 3D, SOLID WORKS, PROENGEER, INVETOR Publisher, Cam Works, Solid Cam, Matlab, Cosmos Flow Express, C, Catia, Master Cam, UGS. Job requires working in the office and on site. Design work, with relevant force analysis process, as well as animation and simulation process. Handling relevant proposals and drawings for the mechanical conveyor system. Excel sheets for parts and materials Dynamic, ability to work in a Team. Ability to work under stress.
