Digital Marketing Specialist

- Assist direct manager in SEO/SEM - Execute email, social media and display advertising campaigns - Implementing strategy across all digital channels including website, and across all company related digital presence. - Reviewing and goal setting in Analytics - Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns - Responsible for online customer acquisition and generation of sales leads. - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies - Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. - Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. - Identifies emerging digital marketing trends and future opportunities to promote Company and its products and programs through existing and emerging channels. - Track effectiveness and return of channel marketing campaigns and report on results to upper management. - Focused and capable of delivering targeted messages that are in line with key communication objectives and deliver tangible results that are “on-brand” - Day-to-day management of the paid digital accounts (paid search engine marketing, re-targeting, display campaigns) - Monitor and optimize the running ads to increase brand awareness, visibility, prospect engagement and lead generation - Assess and analyze the effectiveness of all the accounts’ performance metrics - Provide insight and tactical recommendation to improve utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ad-words and Facebook Insights - Manage and allocate the paid digital accounts budget to achieve effective returns - Collaborate and support other departments across the group with data analyses, campaign tracking, email campaign analyses and QR code generation - Seek out innovative digital marketing techniques to develop and execute test and learn opportunities for continuous optimization and improvement of the company’s digital marketing capabilities. - A strong retail background is essential to be considered for this position - Identifying and executing opportunities to grow e-commerce revenue - Run CRM and email activity using Group tools and email providers
