Essential Duties and Responsibilities :1. Provides comprehensive support services to the CEO/President that ensures a professional, responsive and effective experience with the organization as a whole and Communicates directly, and on behalf of the President and CEO.2. Manages incoming calls, emails and mail.3. Handles all calls and visitors with grace, sophistication and professionalism.4. Writes error-free, business letters and emails.5. Provides complex travel arrangements. Becomes familiar with the specific, detailed needs of the CEO and travel partners; be available during travel times to quickly address any last minute changes or cancellations.6. Accurately tracks expenses for CEO by managing credit cards, receipts and expense claims.7. Assisting the business by providing admin work to facilitate and serve all business departments.8. Admin related daily tasks : Printing , Filing , Archive Critical Documents, Prepare and modify documents including reports, drafts, memos and emails .9. Prioritizes conflicting needs for successful completion.10. Strong leadership skills.Specific Duties As Assigned: Involved in some HR work and hiring recommendations. Involved in real estate work for head office relocation.
