HR - Executive Secretary

we are searching for a female HR Executive which will : Supervises human resources programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Responsibilities: Implement an effective recruitment and selection process for all employees Plan, evaluate and administer the equal employment opportunity provisions and work cooperatively with others to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Compile, maintain, and file all physical and computerized reports, records, and other documents required. Making monthly payroll file Calculating employees vacations Doing some executive tasks
