Will be responsible for the below tasks 2nd line support for any issues in the servers Creating new users ,mailboxes and their shared folders Daily check of the backup for all sites Daily check for Symantec endpoint protection servers (virus definitions , viruses ) for all sites Daily check for active directory replication between all sites Daily Collect logs for the servers and checking critical issues for all sites Weekly check for HP physical servers by collecting logs from HP tools which are previously installed on all the servers Checking the mail flow on daily basis Weekly test restore for all the backup servers and creating reports regarding the test results and send it to me Weekly check for the Symantec mail security for exchange (checking for Spams) Backup rotation between all sites
