Job Purpose: The Maintenance Manager will take the responsibility of one of El Rehab’s three Main Districts. He/She shall be taking the full responsibility of civil maintenance program in addition to responding to residents’ maintenance requests. Job Description: Ensure the execution and achievement of the compound’s maintenance plans as well as preventive maintenance program goals, which support the overall objectives of El-Rehab City. Interact with service providers including Vendors, Contractors & Subcontractors “If applicable”. Responds to customers’ requests, in addition to developing and ensuring the implementation of maintenance procedures. Responsible for the maintenance of interiors & exteriors of residential buildings (administrative buildings if applicable). Assesses, trains & monitors the maintenance staff of technicians & supervisors.
