Welcome all walk-in guests in the facility and inquire for their needs. Maintains clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Manages patients’ bookings; including following up with patients’ inquiries by phone and email. Continuously updates the patients’ database with key information (i.e missing e-mail, addresses, etc.). Maintains strong communication with staff members about all operational matters. Perform administrative functions such as organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files Attend weekly meeting as scheduled by the management. Maintaining and developing relationships with patients. Prepare required reports. Perform any other assigned duties that are related to business area
