Recruitment Specialist

Is responsible for interviewing, scheduling testing, and referring applicants to Seniors for conducting Demos, besides, he/she is expected to bring new ideas, strategies, and play a critical role in ensuring hiring top talent for our teams. Might Perform other HR related tasks and will earn the title of HR Specialist based on his/her performance. Taking incoming calls and questions. Maintaining the company database. Phone interviewing & Scheduling. Planning & organizing the processes of recruitment and selection procedures Follow & direct job posting, screening CV's, making interview's, deliver job offer & Hiring to ensure that the company has Staff of the right caliber to enable it to meet its corporate objectives. Participate in the recruitment exhibitions and work on registering the company in exhibitions to provide opportunities to choose the best elements Maintain the existing staff database and prepare the actual strength report for all posts. Review the evaluations of the new employees after the probation period of appointment to determine the adequacy and efficiency of the employee.
