Essential duties & responsibilities will include: - Answers all incoming calls and directs calls to destination. Sorts and distributes mail on a daily basis. Assists in related projects such as scheduling utilizing Excel and Adobe PDF writer. Handles confidential and non-routine information. Translating documents, from both English to Arabic and vice versa. Well organized, energetic team player, able to take initiative and multi-task. Team Secretarial experience and good knowledge of MS-Office Products. Preparation of Word and Excel documents, including letters, meeting notes and reports, organization of printing of documents. Arrange meetings, including inviting attendees. Handles all admin related or other requested tasks.
