Senior Property Sales Executive - Real Estate

Promote sales of properties provided, cold calls, prospecting, and networking. Accompany clients to property site, discuss deal conditions, and draw up real estate contracts. Study, and generate property listings, property inspection, and interview prospective clients. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters. Attend real estate events Generate leads from different channels. Ability to follow up & meet clients. Ability to persuade. Maintain and update listing of available properties. Maintaining databases. Supporting team members Achieving set targets. Representing the company at corporate accounts. Handling client inquiries. Preserving customer service standards. Providing Guidance and assisting sellers & buyers in market. Determining clients' needs & financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
