Senior Social Media Specialist

Developing Brand Awareness: Create compelling visual designs and daily posts for Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter, Google+, LinkedIn, etc.. and ensure consistency of messages across multiple networks. Encourage & respond to positive community engagement on social media Work with social media team to plan & implement social strategy and monthly themes. Leverage the power of social 'influencers' to deliver the brand message within their social footprints and acquire new customers Uncover engaging, topics of interest among target demographic Identify Target Customers. Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions. Research and measure Progress: Stay current with platform evolutions, social media platform technology and features Support and execute social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices and make recommendations on new initiatives. Monitor all review platforms for positive/negative reviews, work with management to formulate and post professional responses. Determine the KPI’s (key performance indicators) to measure progress; Audience Growth, Audience Profile, Audience Engagement, Content Reach, Engagement by Content Type, Leads, Response Rate and Quality, Negative Feedback. Others: Collaborate with other departments and related brands to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions. Help junior team members during the orientation and act as a mentor.
