Manage social media channels, including but not limited to creating and maintaining a calendar of social media posts and ideas, reporting on engagement, growth, sentiment, and ranking; building a targeted distribution of brand to create social community, including maintaining a social following (number of likes) and growing (increasing the number of followers) the social community. Develop and implement social media campaigns. Assist in development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities. Keep pace with SEO and social media industry trends and developments; image and video creation for creation of posts; use of paid social ads in marketing efforts; Social Media Coordinator has to work in collaboration with social media team to develop innovative and on-brand content; Write compelling copy for Facebook, Google +, Twitter, Pinterest and Hauzz that encourages engagement & interaction; Encourage and respond to positive community engagement on social; Develop community outreach initiatives on social; Partner with the web design team and graphic design to develop creative & compelling assets for social; Follow industry trends, best practices & business goals to make recommendations on new initiatives;
