Job brief We are looking for an F&B ACCOUNTANT to handle prepare, compute, manage, research and analyze all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of our business. Responsibilities Posting revenue entry in ERP Posting direct purchase vouchers and petty cash Closing daily transactions at micros Count and tally daily sales with reports Printing daily reports, consolidated system sales and menu sales in micros Preparation of daily reports -Sales, Petty cash & Cash reports Deposit previous day revenue in bank Follow up calls, emails and task assigned by Restaurant Chief Accountant Follow up on receivables Responsible for Controlling, Maintaining and Checking of revenue and expenses Committed to HO for any other requirement from Finance Liaison with Cost controller for inventory, Purchases, costing etc. Other requirement for Restaurant Group Chief Accountant Credit purchase entry in MC Fidelio Update of Bank entries in ERP for reconciliation Preparation of PDC list and cheque issued Monthly closing of Food ,Beverage and General Coordinate with store keeper in physical inventory count Verification of attendance and preparation of payroll Sister company reconciliation Preparation of Monthly reports Balance sheet, P&L, Monthly performance, Comparison reports Bank reconciliation, Reconciliation of cheques in hand and issued cheques Cash flows with comparative figures A/R, A/P Aging analysis report Preparation of payment to suppliers Petty cash replenishment Responsible for maintaining Fixed Assets register, Depreciation Posting of Accruals & prepayments in ERP monthly Help in preparing annual audit Pass Yearly closing entries Preparation of Trail Balance, P&L and Balance sheet for audit Coordinate in Preparing Annual budgets Cash flow projection
