The Customer Care Supervisor will be responsible for the daily running and management of our centralized Customer Support Center. You will ensure that the Customer Support Center is delivering exemplary levels of customer support for those placing food delivery orders from our website Otlob. Customer Care Supervisor is responsible for motivating the staff to meet desired levels of customer service and internal targets in relation to speed and quality of query resolution. Create a culture for truly stellar customer service and inspiring a passion for customer driven care within the team Setting and meeting Customer Support Center performance targets for speed, efficiency and quality of query/problem resolution Liaising with team members to gather information and resolve issues Monitoring calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance with a view to developing members of the team Coaching, motivating and retaining staff Handling complex customer complaints/escalations
