Customer Support Agents are responsible for monitoring the performance of cloud systems and providing tier 1 application support for a U.S based website. They should be e-mailing and messaging website users and escalating any technical issues they might have to assure all bugs are being reported and assuring users a pleasant user experience. Team shall be providing 7x24x365 support of a global application operation. The position is based in Cairo, with a U.S start-up company that is starting operating locally in Egypt.
