- Maximizing sales and profitability. - Providing your team with supportive environment. - Driving team performance. - Monitoring the training and development of your staff. - Monitoring the potentiality of each area according to products’ affinity, previous year sales & IMS data analysis per geographical area. - Revising doctors’ list in each territory as well as their classification. - Revising institutional business activities across the assigned area. - Managing the implication of marketing strategy settled by the marketing department, per product per specialty per territory. Setting the priorities in field force activities per specialty. - Reviews the monthly sales strategy for the assigned team. - Reporting activities, core behaviors, sales results and field activities feedback.
