Drive profitable and sustainable market share growth for the pastry and bakery products Responsible for the overall strategy of the Centralized Pastry & Bakery Increase the B2B customer base and increase sales and order frequency Responsible for effective focus on new product launch/re-launch to establish product in market & achieve /exceed defined sales targets Responsible for relationship building & coordination with dealers/distributors & retailers Monitor and report on competitor and market trends Manage and maintain sales/ client database Establish & maintain efficient relationship with existing and new clients Create proposals for target clients with relevant information and quotes Work closely with support functions, marketing, procurement, finance to guarantee all lines are covered Source, negotiate and finalize new locations as per business plan Monitor and supervise construction of the new outlets to not exceed the allocated budget Assess service and operational processes to increase revenue and guarantee profitability Create additional opportunities to increase revenue aspects and ensure full implementation of new or adjusted standards Review and adjust detailed service assignments to level with guest expectations and standards Ensure the guests receive a friendly, unobtrusive, professional and qualified service based on Raya Restaurants Standards Review all guest complaints and take charge of obtaining maximum results in the utilization and appearance of the food and beverage areas, the quality levels, performance and standards of service and develops new techniques of service towards maximum guest satisfaction at minimum operating costs Manage and motivate workforce Ensure constant training is provided on all F&B related subjects, service standards and company policies Conduct weekly walk-through of the various area and provide written reports Work in co-operation with the Chef and Sous-Chefs to ensure top quality and fair prices, and to see that below standard items are never accepted or served Manage and control overall revenues and expenses of the outlet focusing on a higher profit margin without jeopardizing standards and quality levels, which includes wastage, inventories, par levels, requisitions, maintenance, pricing structures, POS postings, analyses, promotions Full understanding of financial procedures, which include forecast, budget, cost related issues, profit maximization and P&L statements Establish detailed development programs for service and kitchen team with successful growth potential Ensure strategic direction of Raya Restaurants is enforced positively throughout the operation Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management staff
