Growth Manager

This strategic role requires being highly analytical and data-driven. You will be working in an online business, where digital marketing is key, but you should also be very comfortable with all offline marketing channels and media management. This role is based in Dubai, with frequent travel to Muscat, Oman. What responsibilities will you get when working with us? Setting marketing calendar and roadmap: online and offline campaigns, social media, public relations and communication Allocating marketing budget among different channels, regularly monitoring and optimizing it Acting as a single-point-of-contact with media agencies to manage and monitor the media planning of offline campaigns - pre-campaign pitch, media plan optimization, and post-campaign evaluation Managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube) – calendar, content creation, and community management Liaising with performance / digital marketing team to bring the local knowledge and optimize actions and budget (Facebook ads, google ads, ad feature, SEO) Collaborating with PR team and local agencies to align on agenda, messages and communication channels Synchronizing between the different marketing and communication channels and stakeholders, making sure of the coherence among the different actions Creating all reports and dashboards to measure effectiveness of marketing actions Ensuring brand values and code are well respected in all communication and marketing material (copy-write, soundproof) Keeping up to date with country, industry and marketing trends Coordinating on-ground activations and events
