Legal Manager

Reply to all inquiries and legal questions, and provide legal advice to the company regarding legal rights, obligations and duties Insure the safety of the main documents for contracting and to the availability of all required data from the customer's commercial registration and tax card and investment newspaper. Review tenders procedures and the presence of the Legal Department representative at the bid opening sessions and deciding in accordance with the company regulation. Updated with any new laws and government legislation and regulations that affect the company's business, and present it to the CEO for discussion to provide the necessary legal recommendations. Study the investors situation concerning the construction work in coordination with the concerned departments every three months Review model contracts annually and develop it in case of any changes, to be presented to the Board for approval. Negotiate and attempt of amicable settlement of disputes with customers and service providers to find compromised solutions consistent with achieving the best interest of the company. Work on study of all legal cases related to the company and follow-up on disputes and suits of the company, and supervise the preparation of the necessary documented documents and to vacate the company from any lawsuit against it, and provide responses with evidence and legal grounds related to these suits. Represent the company in case of investigation and take the necessary legal procedures in this regard. Represent the company in court cases brought by or on the company's with the cooperation of the legal advisers of the company. Provide warnings to customers in cases of contractual obligations breach in order to preserve the company rights. Provide the company legal position reports to be presented to the company board, regulators and accountable agencies. Responsible for the cadastral procedures and the registration of company land contracts and their real estate holdings and the transfer of the company ownership sold land to investors after buildings on them. Work on building friendly relations with all government departments and institutions and the judiciary, which in turn provide the legal support necessary for the company to manage its operations.
