Main Duties: 1- Implement marketing programs in coordination with the Senior Marketing Executive and Marketing Team Leader 2- Assist preparing marketing activities data 3- Participate in the planning and development of the association’s PR strategy 4- Implement approved PR strategies and plan under the supervision of Senior Marketing Executive 5- Cooperating with senior marketing executive in preparation of marketing materials’ content 6- Collecting material of the annual report 7- Collect content & follow the design of the newsletters & follow up for the design and production of the news letter 8- Participate in Designing & writing and editing required reports, & presentations 9- Participate in preparing and following up the production of all needed marketing materials and communicating with marketing materials suppliers 10- fostering community relations through involvement in community initiatives 11- Collect news of the industry relevant to the members interests and the ICTE industry and community & prepare weekly reports 12- Participating in handling all needed tasks related to international missions 13- Participate in Reviewing articles for media & website publishing. 14- Coordinating with the press and TV, the news of the Association 15- writing and distributing press releases to targeted media 16- Collecting, documenting, analyzing, and reporting media coverage data 17- Participate in organizing press conferences whenever needed 18- Participate in Creating media consultant monthly report 19- Participate in Creating press monthly report in events: (1) Interacting with event visitors (2) Assist in the preparation of events marketing materials 20- Participate in planning of digital marketing programs based on marketing plan 21- Updates EITESAL portal on daily basis based on agreed upon plan with marketing team leader 22- Generate digital marketing performance reports on regular basis as per agreement with Senior Marketing Executive 23- Prepare, gather, and refine content of digital media based on the digital media strategy and in coordination with marketing team leader. 24- Follow up digital media strategy plan and ensure smooth effective implementation of the association approved media strategy. 25- Responsible for day to day follow up of face book group and EITESAL portal 26- Perform tasks and duties as assigned by Senior Marketing Executive
