Purchasing & Sales Specialist

Planning, plotting down the purchasing plan and work on its execution. Executing all purchasing activities as planned. Evaluating all suppliers and service providers. Following and implementing the internal procedures for registering new suppliers and continuous effort searching for new suppliers. Suppliers' management and continuous adjustment for reorder levels according to market changes. Initiating weekly progress reports on all activities done. Preparing purchasing budget and continuous improvement on all values. Suggests any improvement plans for the overall department performance. Keeping documents and log files for all transactions for easy information access.
