Support implementation of quality standards within the organization by: Interpreting and implementing quality assurance standards to different departments. Setting/Drafting quality assurance policies and procedures. Identifying, analyzing, and documenting problems following an established QA methodology. Creating & maintaining QA roadmap. Documenting internal audits and other quality assurance activities. Collecting and compiling statistical quality data. Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system. Identifying training needs and organizing training interventions to meet quality standards. Monitoring risk management activities. Assuring ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements. Participating in the change management process to assure the products or services continue to meet customer requirements. Responsible for external audit coordination & support renewal of ISO certification. Ensure product/service quality meets the established standards of quality by: Completing company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits. Performing various new product-testing to assure specified guidelines are being followed to certify that products are problem free and stable. Investigating complaints of non-conforming products or systems from the customers and working with the engineering department to reach appropriate level of quality in the solutions of the important defects. Coordinating and supporting on-site audits, evaluating audit findings and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
