Technical Manager / cabling post sales teamment

Build & create and maintain team organization chart, titles and functions as per business needs and company rules and aims Create and assign job descriptions, rules and responsibilities per title and function Create, assign and maintain department SLA serving the department internal and external tasks Create and assign internal work procedures and communications between sub-division Responsible of hiring and staffing depending on the business requirements and department vision Responsible of developing people and putting the training budgeting Responsible of achieve the Vendor requirements from trainings, skills, prerequisites and quality of work Responsible of following the manufacture installation guidelines Responsible of achieving the implementation of all the company projects using whatever resources need from in-house or out-house resources. Responsible of solving the cabling project problems from the technical point of view with regards with the quality team and internal quality rules Manage, lead and coach the existing technical team (Quality control team, site engineers, supervisors and technicians team, admin…etc.) Responsible of fulfill and maintain the department needs for resources and assets from human resource, tools, equipment’s, local materials and installation accessories Ensure , control and confirmed that all procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated Providing the customer of the project closing documents Responsible of choosing and validate the cabling subcontractors, outsourcings and casual workers Responsible of providing the product warranties through our partnership to the vendor (Systimax) taking in consideration the installation references and conditions of the vendor quality of work and following the installation guide lines
