The Vacancy is an outsourcing opportunity in an insurance company located in Dokki. Responsible for Fully understanding the software being supported, in terms of business, DB and screens. Responsible for effective provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of system software. Responsible for receiving issues from the users of the system, troubleshoot the issue and resolve it using DB queries. Responsible for extracting reports from current system. Responsible for coordinating between several departments in order to reach mutual agreements in raised issues. Responsible for data migration from the current DB to a new DB. Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation. Participates in the analysis and data gathering of a new system similar to the one being supported. Assists new project team with technical issues in the Initiation and support of operations staff in executing, testing and rolling-out the solutions. Participation on projects is focused on smoothing the transition of projects from development staff to production staff by performing operations activities within the project life-cycle. Accountable for different Application servers and Data base engines that support Asset projects.
