Act as the branch focal point and representative from business perspective. Foster technology innovation and entrepreneurship in the branch region. Maintain excellent collaboration with the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in the branch region. Manage branch activities in alignment with and as mandated by the activity owner in headquarter. Manage events and campaigns for promoting branch activities. Manage day-to-day operations of the branch providing support and guidance to branch staff and visitors. Manage branch administrative affairs including transportation, custodies, inventory, maintenance work, and warehousing. Develop, maintain, and report on branch processes, procedures, critical success factors, and key performance indicators. Maintain excellent communication between the branch and headquarter and prepare weekly and month-end reports regarding operations and productivity. Deliver multimedia content regarding branch activities for TIEC websites and social media.
