JOB OBJECTIVE: The Social Creative Designer is responsible for creatively representing information to help fulfill the center’s objectives. Creative imagery and customized designs to visualize information in a visually attractive way that will increase engagement among the relevant target audience. Take into consideration multiple aspects including actual message being communicated, organizational objectives, target audience, and platform best practices when creating any designs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Create images that creatively convey a message Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and social media platforms Create designs either by hand or using computer software packages Select colors, images, text style, and layout Incorporate changes recommended by management into the final design Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them Create PowerPoint templates Design graphics, banners and other Web images to be a part of integrated marketing campaigns. Effectively designs in a clean, well-structured, easily maintainable format Utilizes wire framing and graphic sketches where appropriate Contribute to conceptualizing campaigns and activations from a creative perspective Help create guidelines and creative identities where needed Ensure digital/social best practices are applied and brand guidelines are followed Proactively suggest creative content/designs based on solid understanding of strategic objectives
