Head of Operations

Job Description: The Head of Operations in Egypt is responsible for managing the company’s activities and day-to-day operations by driving sales and ensuring the achievement of strategic goals and objectives. In addition to acting as the formal Representative to the company's head office, the person in this position is responsible for overseeing the company’s Human Resources and Finance departments, promoting the company’s products and services and securing funding and revenue sources for this funding institution. Oversees design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of programs and services at the company Oversees the entire lending process, including the initial application and review, underwriting, approval or denial of the request, and the disbursal of the loan. Ensures the maintenance of a healthy loan portfolio with low delinquency level Promotes the company's products and services through the development of written articles and through personal appearances at press and other media conferences as well as promoting the company to local, regional, national and international constituencies Drives sales through the elaboration of effective product innovation techniques and customer service activities Promotes and develops services and drives sales through personal connections and networking Build a network of point-of-sales throughout Egypt Develop competitive and attractive products in the market based on the consumer trends Monitors competition and suggests alternatives to respond to competitive business initiatives Develops yearly budget, and manages the company's resources in concordance with budgetary constraints and develops financial plans, reviews activity reports and financial statements Ensures the execution of strategic goals and objectives of the organization Identifies and secures revenue sources, establishes strategies to approach funders, submits proposals and manages administration of fundraising records and documentation Effectively monitors management of the company’s human resources and evaluates performance of Executives according to established personnel policies and procedures Monitors the establishment and implementation of the company’s various processes and procedures as well as provides the necessary approvals Acts as the formal representative of the company at legislative sessions, and committee meeting
