Provide necessary support for both of I-Systems owned SMART HCM system and Oracle HRMS suite , develop know-how, business practice and expertise in domain field products, perform daily/weekly activity reporting against plans and schedules, engage in project coordinating, team leading and implementing HRMS functional consultation, prepare End user manual and provide key user training is also expected from Functional Consultants, update the project status to Project Manager & other concerned persons, interact with core team members, end users & other team members (consultants).
