Performs day-to-day Human resources management activities. Handles the recruitment and selection process including the development of job advertisements, sourcing, screening, short-listing, interviewing and selecting the most suitable candidates. Identify sourcing channels, develops candidates pool and maintains an updated recruitment database. Conducts employee orientation, facilitates new hires joining formalities and updates records with new hires Maintains and regularly updates master database of each employee. Records, tracks and monitors employees’ daily attendance according to policies to ensure accurate payroll administration. Calculates employees’ vacations and permissions to ensure compliance to laws and internal regulations. Supervises the preparation and implementation of the of the performance appraisal process. Administers compensation and benefit plans. Promotes HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. Maintains HR records, such as those related to compensation and benefits to identify the company position in the labor market. Coordinate training sessions, seminars and team building events. Assists with processing of terminations. Keeps updated employee records and files documents into appropriate employee files.
