Managing Director

The Managing Director is responsible for setting the strategy and plan for the growth to reach the foundation’s objectives, in addition to the overall management and operation of the organization. He/She must protect financial assets while ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements. The Managing Director of Nebny will report to the Board of Directors on a timely basis, on all relevant information regarding the organization’s operations, and develops and presents alternatives and recommends courses of action to the Board for its consideration. He/she is responsible for maintaining a strong reputation with individuals and businesses which will contribute to Nebny’s image. Location: Nebny Agouza Premises Nebny Manshiyat Nasser Premises 2. Job Function: Looks to the future for change opportunities. Required to carry out strategic plans and policies that are necessary to achieve the foundation’s vision and mission. Ensures staff and board have sufficient and up to date information. Interfaces between the board and the community. Formulates policies and planning recommendations to the board. Oversees operations of the foundation. Assists in the selection and evaluation of board members. Ensures and maintains a positive image with the public. Acts as an advocate, within the public and private sectors, for issues relevant to Nebny, its services and constituencies. Listens to volunteers, donors and the community in order to improve services and generate community involvement. Serves as chief spokesperson for the foundation, assuring its proper representation to the community. Initiates, develops, and maintains cooperative relationships with key players in the community. Works with legislators, regulatory agencies, volunteers and representatives of the nonprofit sector to promote legislative and regulatory policies that address the foundation’s problems.
