Successfully develop modifications, customization, integrations, provision data, and generate reports from Dynamics AX 2012, R2, CU7 and other related products Evaluate and recommend restructuring business operations improving productivity and enhancing profitability. Supervise the development of Information System standards, policies and procedures to ensure proper adherence to company and government regulations Customize and support Dynamics AX 2012 R2 in all modules Primary modules used at Team are Finance, Projects, manufacturing, product information management, HR, payroll, travel and expenses, Sales and marketing Design and develop Dynamics AX SSRS reports Design and develop Dynamics AX Web services and integrations with other Team IT products Setup TFS, use source control for customizations, lead the team in TFS implementation, resolve issues for other developers, perform code synchronization with TFS, help administrators in code merge issues Use knowledge of business processes and Dynamics AX to identify software gaps and suggest alternatives Plan, Analyze, Implement, Manage and Maintain MS Dynamics AX and ISV solutions Provide end user support for customized AX projects and ISV solutions Assist in the management of external partners (technical implementation, training and support) Develop batch jobs Develop integration solutions to interact other software from AX Create and maintain IT technical documentation, manuals and procedures and assist in the optimization of systems, processes and reports Support direct and group IT Manager in project implementation as well as the implementation and maintenance of group IT standards and best practices Effectively plan, prioritize and organize activities while supporting multiple project activities and customer demands
