Personnel & Admin. Manager

Manage employee files to make sure all hiring documents are complete & in compliance with labor law. Maintains employees personal files as per the Egyptian law Prepare social insurance forms and deal with social insurance office Handle all the governmental relations with labor offices to ensure compliance with the labor law Manage all company cars registration and renewal. Follows up the procurement and consumption of office premises requirements . Manage all services providers agreements such as (Water, Electricity, maintenance, security and cleaning company) . Design all types of reports requested by the direct manager.
