- Analyze bills of material and drawings to understand key requirements - Negotiate the best payment terms and contract conditions, maintaining high level of integrity - Prepare Procurement Logs - Follow up with suppliers from negotiation till successful delivery to site - Identify cost reduction opportunities - Acquire Samples from suppliers when needed - Create and update periodically a Supplier and price List - Maintain the BOQ with updates from suppliers until after awarding the contract. - Receiving the price quotations keep updated with market developments and assist in Vendor Development - Assist Tendering Department as required
