Quality Assurance Inspector

Control of Documents and records according to ISO standards Master and distribution list are updated all controlled SOP, records is in place. Documents control records are completed. Responsible for handling customer complaints Control the complaints management system and update the respective reports Visit customer and collect samples if necessary Arrange meeting with concerned department Participate in complaint investigation Fulfillment of Q Management Operating System Follow up till received the feedback (CAPA) Add actions to QHSE action list. Prepare monthly charts about the QMS KPI Internal Auditor Participate in the internal audits team Send respective audit schedules to ensure audit reports filled Ensure actions listed in the action list and followed up Follow up the corrective and preventive action implementation Follow up the implementation of the actions, Complaint before due dates. Prepare monthly report about Action completion. Prepare monthly reports on QA activities.
