Reviewing all applicant resumes and sources for fit with position description and requirements; ensure a diverse candidate pool is presented Effectively phone screening, interviewing all relevant applicants, reference checking and make recommendations to the Staffing Manager for selection Obtaining all critical information on candidates; experience, salary, motivations and fit for the position Consulting with Staffing Manager on recruitment trends, target companies (competitors, suppliers), and innovative sourcing techniques such as events, networking, job boards, external research, etc. Ensuring that the applicant tracking system (“Profilesoft” & MEA Regional Data base) are consistently and effectively used Reviewing weekly & quarterly recruitment metrics to ensure target are being met Designing, developing and running career fairs and other networking events as a representative of SYSTRA.
