Recruitment Team Leader

Carry out functional supervisory responsibilities that include planning and assigning tasks, settingdeadlines, monitoring results and quality, providing training and relaying team's request to hierarchyUtilize and implement creative recruitment solutions (headhunting, open days, job fairs, e-recruitmenttools, media and other) in order to till vacancies with qualified candidates in a timely mannerLiaise and coordinate with senior leadership and managers in order to ensure full understanding oftheir needs and objectives for recruiting senior level candidatesEnsure recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with organizational policies, procedures and otherregulatory requirementsAssist in developing strategic placement plans by relocating employees to new departments,reshuffling the manpower in case of restructuring and otherEnsure all relevant data collection, reporting and internal systems are being effectively utilized andupdated by the team on a regular basisAssist in recruiting, motivating and evaluating team members in order to ensure availability of requiredskills and appropriate attitude for the achievement of set objectives
