Reviews and prepares the project drawings, and coordinates with other engineers, planners, contractors and consultants. Leads the project team and coordinating the project. Attends and coordinates progress meetings. Prepares project progress reports and presentations. Creates, maintains, reviews and administers construction schedules and plans. Maintains schedules and keeps project resources on track, provide regular project updates to project directors. Ensures the effective preparation and delivery of all project events and meeting all necessary documentation. Responsible for all matters related to project content. Creates a project management calendar. Develops project strategies. Attends client meetings and assists with determination of project requirements. Assists in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedule. Performs any duties upon request.
