Maintaining proper operation of all internal and third party business applications. Providing assistance and support to all users of business applications, responding to their queries and requests within company policies and procedures. Manage and monitor Active Directory, File Server, office 365, UTM, Routers, Switches, Firewall, and connectivity. Provide daily assistance, help-desk support and first level trouble shooting and problem solving to internal business applications (i.e. ERP system) Provide advice and training to end-users. Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to incidents and requests. Escalate calls to IT Manager upon determination that problem exceeds level of experience. Install, configure and administer applications components and manage user access permissions on them. Develop queries and reports. Manage and monitor database backups. Liaise with vendor support on all issues.
