Responsibilities Define solutions to support customer business requirements and future strategies. Designing Datacenters architectures including (servers, storages, switches, routers, firewalls….) Responsible for designing, implementing and supporting virtual/physical network environments with SAN storage devices and Windows servers. Responsible for working with direct manager and team on special assignments to improve processes. Use a breadth of IT knowledge in order to successfully integrate a newly implemented network solution into a customer’s existing IT environment and resolve resulting issues. Installs current network operating system on new or existing network devices and/or installs communication equipment including routers, switches and firewalls Provides phone support to employees or customers relative to networking technology. Analyzes network topologies to determine potential issues and makes suggestions for recommended changes. Installs current network operating server software on new or existing server-class hardware and/or installs communication equipment including routers, terminal servers, switches and firewalls.
