Technical Office Manager

1. Review detailed design drawings and last specification. 2. Full coordination with other suppliers, subcontractors. 3. Attend monthly progress meetings, weekly site meeting and submit for approval weekly reports for site activities. 4. Review of project documents/drawings for work scope received from consultant 5. Follow up update of time schedule and looking ahead 6. Prepare RFI, progress, report and status. 7. Preparing technical and material submittals. 8. Prepare all corresponds for project. 9. Prepare all contracting related issues with subcontractors and coordinate with contracting department in head office. 10. Professional in Reviewing and approving the as built drawings. 11. Professional in making all invoices. 12. Professional in Quantity surveying 13. Professional in Budgeting. 14. Professional in variation issues. 15. Professional in shop drawing and detailing for all finishing trades. 16. Professional in drawings coordination works between arch and civil and MEP drawings. 17. Professional in making or managing all project related calculation sheets.
