Provide full support to the organizational PC users. Resolve problems raised by users. Timely and accurately respond to the assigned Service Desk tickets. Coordinate with other IT technical support engineers to achieve user’s satisfaction. Administering Backup Exec Server (maintaining backup operations, roles, policies and replace backup taps as per scheduled plan). Maintaining & Updating Backup Exec software. Maintain hardware equipment on a working condition. Performing preventive maintenance. Maintaining Anti-Virus servers/clients and responsible for keeping the organization free of viruses. Monitor Assigned Branches Connectivity. Replace, renew and configure old hardware. Update windows and other desktop applications. Create users account on active directory and email as well. Monitor ISP violation by users.
