Admin Assistant / Office Manager

Greet visitors, answer phone calls, prioritize them based on their importance; carefully and courteously routes them Maintain filing and ordering of faxes, mails and e-mails Handle management of the meeting room and its schedule according to Dominate employees’ appointments and check placing it on the bulletin board for general information on daily basis. Develop and maintain a message records for unavailable recipients and ensures their acknowledgement. Responsible for receiving ongoing and outgoing correspondences and recording and archiving them on the computer and manually in the books. Ensure that the reception area is at all times clean, neat and tidy Provide general clerical and typing assistance to the company when needed. Issue to all company an updated internal contact list Responsible for developing a proper filling system for incoming & outgoing documentation process Execute any additional assigned task by Chairman or CEO.
