Handles shops’ utilities payments with the Finance department (Rent, Electricity, Telephone and Water bills) for Aman Financial Services (Retail) branches. Carries responsibility for the petty cash settlement of all stores and sending the invoices to the Finance department for Aman Financial Services (Retail) branches. Carries responsibility for ordering the stationary, Visa roll and payment machine for Aman Financial Services (Retail) branches. Carries responsibility for contacting suppliers to provide fire extinguishers in each and every branch. Carries responsibility for the renewal of the contracts of the stores' license ( proper follow-up with legal, and contacts branches’ owners. Sends branches’ rental fees invoices to the Finance department on a regular basis. Contact maintenance/suppliers companies for Aman Financial Services (Retail) branches’ inquiries to get the best prices.
